Man shot at for refusing to kiss OAP

A 92-year-old American woman allegedly tried to shoot a neighbour because he refused to kiss her.

Police arrested Helen Staudinger, of Fort McCoy, after she reportedly fired four rounds into Dwight Bettner's house from a semi-automatic pistol.

She was angered after the 53 year old would not give her a kiss and shattered a window with the shots.

Dwight said: "I was standing in the bedroom talking on the phone when one of the bullets came into the bedroom. The other three bullets hit the side of the house."

Helen, who denies asking Mr Bettner for a kiss, faces charges of aggravated assault and firearms offences.
