Zara Phillips is amused that her fiance Mike Tindall refers to himself as a lord.
The daughter of Princess Anne - who is set to marry the rugby player in Scotland on July 30 - doesn't have a royal title because her mother refused to accept one on her behalf, but reportedly finds it funny that her husband-to-be revels in being nicknamed 'The Lord' by his teammates and even signs emails with the moniker.
James Simpson-Daniel, who plays for Gloucester with Mike, told the Daily Telegraph: "I came up with it when he joined the club, because he was going out with Zara. He has really taken the nickname on. He revels in it. I think Zara finds it funny that he loves it so much."
It was recently revealed that Zara and Mike will be postponing their honeymoon due to their sporting commitments, as Mike hopes to represent England in this year's rugby World Cup, which would see him in training just two days after the wedding and Zara has eventing commitments.
England Flanker Lewis Moody said: "If I'd had to delay my honeymoon I think my wife would have been pretty p****d off. But that's the way it is."
Ben Foden, the national team's full-back, added: "It's difficult for Zara, but when you are two very successful and competitive people like they are, you need to make time for that."
