Man Killed in New Orleans Collision

by Daun Lee

Early Monday morning a man was killed in a collision on Almonaster Ave in New Orleans. The 31 year old driver of a Toyota Camry was traveling westbound when he went into the other lane and stuck a utility pole. He died on the scene and his identity is unavailable pending notification of his family. Police are unsure about the cause of the accident but feel as though speed is a factor. Thus far no other cars are believed to be involved in this tragic accident.

Car collisions are a fact of life and millions are injured or killed every year. The injured or the deceased’s families face medical and burial cost that can be recovered when assisted by an accident lawyer.  The injured person can face mounting medical bills and loss of wages due to recovery from their injuries. Worrying about how to pay the bills will make recovery for these accident victims even harder. Using the experience of an accident attorney will hold the negligent person accountable for the accident they caused by obtaining financial compensation.

Speed and driving while intoxicated are the largest contributors to traffic fatalities. The families of the descendant face many worries especially if the person killed was the primary provider. A funeral alone cost thousands and when added to medical care can become an incomprehensible burden. The loved ones of fatal collision victims have a lot of grief to deal with, the financial problems can be solved by hiring an accident lawyer to recoup their expenditures.
