Liam Gallagher's warning over Jay-Z's clothes

Liam Gallagher says people will get "arrested" if they wear clothes from Jay-Z's fashion range.

The Beady Eye singer has his own clothing label, Pretty Green, and says people who don his creations will experience good luck as opposed to the misfortune they will have if they wear designs from the hip-hop mogul's Rocawear collection.

He told Spin magazine: "You're going to get f***ing arrested wearing his gear and you're going to pull a really nice-looking bird wearing mine."

Despite his faith in Pretty Green, Liam says he and wife Nicole Appleton - who he works with on the clothing line - are not "reinventing the wheel".

He added to Absolute Radio: "Me and Nicole, there's a guy who does it with us, he just comes round and goes through our wardrobes, and anything that looks a bit rubbish or tired we just sort of breathe a bit of life into it."

Liam also revealed how the range - which includes "timeless, classic clobber" such as parkas, blazers, shirts and desert boots - is inspired by his love of the 60s.

He said: "It's inspired by the 60s and that I suppose, that's about it. Bands and stuff."
