Donald Trump Continues the Controversy over Obama’s Birth Certificate

Real Estate entrepreneur Donald Trump last week brought up the issue of whether President Obama’s birth certificate is valid. “Birthers” are the people who have contentions with our President’s legitimacy as an American citizen. Even though Obama produced his birth certificate in his 2008 campaign, many Republicans still argue it is not a valid document. For the past week Donald Trump has made appearances on various news and talk shows to revive the birther debate. All of Donald’s questioning leads analysts to believe the Donald plans to run for President in 2012.

When a person runs for President they have to be prepared to deal with intense scrutiny of their personal and business lives. So the question remains, is the Donald prepared to deal with having his affair and bankruptcies brought out if he runs in 2012?

There are many people who must declare seek debt assistance by hiring bankruptcy attorneys, but most of these people aren’t going to run for leader of the free world. In 1989, Donald Trump bound his real estate business failing and along with his bankruptcy lawyer filed Chapter 11. Trump was unable to make the loan payments and found he was about face personal bankruptcy, as well. To relive his debt he and his bankruptcy attorney were able to eliminate the majority of his approximated 3.5 billion dollar debt, according to Wikipedia. The question of his ability to run the country, in the wake of multiple bankruptcies, will undoubtedly come up if the Donald makes a run for the White House.
