Zsa Zsa Gabor has been rushed to hospital.
The 94-year-old screen legend - who has suffered from a string of health problems in recent months - was transported away from her Beverly Hills mansion after she began coughing up blood and became unable to breathe.
Zsa Zsa's ninth husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt has admitted despite the star having been rushed to hospital on numerous occasions in the past few months alone, he is "really worried" this time could be the last.
He told TMZ: "She could hardly breathe. I'm really worried we may lose her this time."
Just last week, Zsa Zsa was taken to the UCLA Medical Center after becoming "hysterical" and seeing her blood pressure go "through the roof" when she learned her close friend Dame Elizabeth Taylor had died.
Prince Frederic explained at the time: "Zsa Zsa said celebrities go in threes and I'm next."
The star of stage and screen was only released from hospital at the beginning this month after struggling with an infection in her left leg.
While doctors advised she should have the limb amputated - just a month after she lost part of her right leg - she refused the operation, leaving her with just a 50-50 chance of surviving for another year.
Her husband said recently: "We don't expect her to get better. She will be in bed for the rest of her life."
Zsa Zsa's health problems stem from her falling out of bed and breaking her hip last July.
