Kourtney Kardashian uses her son to keep in shape.
The reality TV star says she has been working hard to regain her stunning figure since giving birth to little Mason 15 months ago and has found a unique way of combining motherhood and exercise.
She said: "I started training to shock my body into doing something I'm not really used to - I've noticed a difference.
"I take Mason on lots of walks. Carrying him around him around is like carrying 20lbs all day - when he was a baby I'd do squats while holding him."
As well as undergoing regular exercise sessions, Kourtney also makes sure she eats healthily although won't deny herself the odd treat.
She is quoted by LOOK magazine as saying: "I was eating a lot of dried fruit and I didn't know how much sugar that added. And now I'll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones.
"I'll eat Oreo biscuits, but I'll eat two instead of a whole box of them. I think you have to treat yourself once in a while."
