TV actor David Boreanaz has settled a sexual harrassment lawsuit that was initiated by a former extra on his show "Bones".
Kristina Hagan, who appeared as an extra on the show back in 2009, accused Boreanaz last July of having sent sexual, inappropriate text messages and photos to her through his phone. She also claimed that the 41-year-old actor had tried to force himself on her on multiple occasions.
In one incident, the lawsuit claims, Boreanaz "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away... [He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."
Hagan also claims that Boreanaz sent her a cellphone picture of his penis and that he told her he "could make things happen for her."
At the time the lawsuit was filed, Boreanaz's attorney Marty Singer called the allegations "absurd."
Gloria Allred, who represented Hagan, told E! News that "The matter has been resolved."
The exact terms of the settlement are confidential.
