TOWIE's Mark and Lauren are 'brilliant' together

Harry Derbridge thinks Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger will be "absolutely brilliant together".

The 'The Only Way Is Essex' star confesses he knew about Mark's shock proposal to Lauren before it was screened, but was still surprised when he saw it on television last week.

He told Star magazine: "I knew what was going to happen before I saw it, but when Mark proposed to Lauren on TV it still gave me a massive shock.

"I think they'll be absolutely brilliant together. They do have their arguments but I believe they really love each other."

He is also supportive of fellow star James 'Arg'Argent - who is trying to lose weight currently - because he has lost some confidence as a result of gaining a few pounds, and he thinks some dance lessons might help.

He said: "I wish Arg well with his diet because he has put some weight on and is really conscious about it.

"When we've done photoshoots he doesn't want to take his top off. I'm hoping he'll be able to lose the weight and regain his confidence. We'll all support him - I'll even give him dance lessons if he wants.
