Starr Tincup, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to the human capital management (HCM) software and services industry, today announced that Jonathan Goodman has rejoined the firm. As a senior account executive, Goodman will work directly with major HCM clients to develop and execute marketing strategy.
Goodman returns to Starr Tincup (he was an account executive with the firm until 2006) after a successful tenure with the marketing software and services company HRmarketer.com. During his time there, he implemented and managed a best-practice sales and marketing initiative that included mapping sales and marketing business processes, adopting technology and staffing key roles. He also spearheaded the creation of new marketing services for their customer base of HR solutions companies.

A seasoned marketing strategist with extensive HCM industry experience, Goodman will work with clients to enhance their market position. Based on his experience leading marketing initiatives for hundreds of HR vendors, he will provide practical consulting on brand, message, communications strategy and process.
