An eight-foot shark jumped onto a fisherman's boat in the Gulf of Mexico.
Texan Jason Kresse, 29, was emptying fish guts in sea with his crew members when they heard splashing coming from the side of their 25-foot long boat.
Before long the aquatic beast - weighing 375 lbs - had jumped on board in an attempt to get nearer the fishy feast.
The fishermen couldn't get near enough to toss it back in the water and it died several hours later.
It is now on display at a seafood business in Freeport, about 55 miles south of Houston and Jason plans to have it mounted.
