17 Day Diet Invades the Internet

We are constantly bombarded by fad diets. Every one claims to deliver amazing results. The diet fad of today which has been popular on the internet is the 17 day diet. Some testimonials claim the by following this diet you can lose 10 to 15 pounds in, you guessed it 17 days. The diet combines numerology with specific restrictive eating habits, but one woman claims the diet is easy to follow.

The man who developed the diet, Dr. Michael Moreno, stated that by the 17 day cycle confuses the body and avoids the feared dieter’s plateau, according to CBS news. To anyone who has struggled with their weight and followed every diet they can find the results of this diet could be very attractive.

Losing weight is a struggle many men and women go through. Nutritionist Marisa Sherry tells CBS news that if a person “Cuts your calories and increase your exercise”, you will lose the extra weight, no fad diet needed. For many though the results aren’t fast enough, or doesn’t eliminate all the unsightly fat, for these individuals liposuction can make them look better.

Liposuction isn’t a replacement for a healthy lifestyle which includes regular physical activity. Once a man or woman has lost weight sensibly the body can hold onto fat that even exercise has trouble eliminating, especially in the stomach or buttocks. The areas that need a little more attention than workouts can provide can be reduced through liposuction.
