Academic summer programs are filling up six months before summer as parents, recognizing the importance of augmenting their high school and middle school students’ learning with summer enrichment programs, are looking into summer academic camps for summer 2009 now.
With one summer academic program, at least, it’s a classic case of the early bird getting the worm. At SuperCamp, an academic summer camp with programs nationwide, many parents aren’t able to get their first choice and sometimes even their second choice for camp locations and dates because they’ve put off the decision until the spring. A good example is SuperCamp’s New York academic camps held at Cornell. Demand is great as students from around the country attend the Cornell summer camps.
Another case in point are SuperCamp’s North Carolina academic camps. These popular programs draw students from throughout the southeast United States. These Wake Forest summer camps include two programs for high school students (Senior Forum) and one session for middle school students (Junior Forum).
Other 2009 camp locations include four on the west coast (three of which are in California), one in Colorado and one in the midwest at Drake University in Des Moines. Learn more by going to our academic summer camps home page. More information also is available by calling 800-285-3276.
