By: Daun Lee

Jeff Buckley, died at a young age but left his mark on the music scene. To recognize his life, filmmaker Jake Scot will pay homage to him in a film. Jeff Buckley is the son of folk songster Tim Buckley, was just beginning to have a promising career when his life was cut short. His biggest hit was a remake of the Leonard Cohen ‘Hallelujah’ which has become more popular since his death. Filming begins in the fall, but so far there has been no mention of which actor gets to play the legendary musician.

Jeff Buckley died from an accidental drowning and no drugs or alcohol was involved. No one was responsible for his accidental death, but many people do die or are harmed in accidents caused by other people or businesses, mostly in traffic collisions.

People who are injured or die because of someone else’s carelessness can contact an accident lawyer to recoup their financial losses. Accidental injury victims can amass debt because of their medical care and loss of wages.

Should a person die because of another’s negligence their families can become financially devastated, especially if the deceased is the primary provider, but an accident attorney can work to alleviate their difficulties. Extensive experience is needed to navigate the court system and yield the just compensation. Hiring an accident lawyer with litigation experience the injured or their families will have the assurance that someone is fighting for them to hold the negligent parties responsible.
