Appreciation Is Back In Southeast Florida With A Whopping 9.3 Percent Jump

Home prices continued to fall in February across much of South Florida, but some neighborhoods near elite schools in Southeast Florida, prime shopping and top jobs are putting the housing bust behind them.

The Weston ZIP code of 33327 had the largest price increase in Broward or Palm Beach counties, according to data released last week by Zillow. The ZIP code's Home Value Index price was $337,641, a 9.3 percent jump from February 2010.
