Reese Witherspoon thinks her wedding "went perfectly".
The 35-year-old actress, who married Hollywood agent Jim Toth in a romantic ceremony in California last month, is extremely content with how the day went and was particularly happy with her dress, which was designed by Monique Lhuillier.
She said: "The wedding was a wonderful experience. Everything went perfectly, right down to the dress which I just loved."
"Monique made it especially for me. She's been a family friend of Jim's for a very long time and it was an honour to be able to go to her atelier and have her make one of her beautiful gowns for me. I was just delighted."
It is the 'Water for Elephants' star's second marriage after her previous union to actor Ryan Phillippe, with who she has two children, Ava, 11, and seven-year-old Deacon, and the blonde beauty admitted she was "nervous" about walking down the aisle again.
She said: "I don't profess to be an expert on love. I've had my ups and downs in relationships as you know, and as I get older I get more nervous about things, not less. And certainly I've had trepidation about getting in a relationship and marrying again."
However, she realised that she shouldn't deny herself happiness because of the past and in the end felt confident in her decision.
She explained in an interview with Britain's HELLO! magazine: "You know, life is short, and happiness is just as important as any other element of your life, and I think if someone gives you an opportunity to be happy, then you should jump at it.
"I've never wanted fear to be a reason I didn't do something. That's no way to live."
