Julianne Hough has started eating more healthily because she wants to have a baby.
The 'Dancing with the Stars' performer - who is in a relationship with 'American Idol' host Ryan Seacrest - has started to be more careful about what she has at meal times because she wants her body to be in its best possible condition for when she decides to try and get pregnant in the future.
She said: "I'm starting to be more passionate about [eating natural foods]. I don't want to have kids anytime soon, but when I do, I want my body to be healthy."
But the 22-year-old dancer-and-country singer - whose self-titled debut LP was a top five hit on the Billboard album chart - admits it is hard to stay in shape and eat well when she is touring.
In an interview with the May issue of Women's Health magazine, Julianne - the sister of dancer Derek Hough, who is rumoured to be dating pop star Cheryl Cole - added: "It's so hard to stay fit while you're travelling, but for me it always makes me feel better on the inside if I've worked out.
"I worked out this morning before the shoot (for the magazine). It was very early, but I made myself get up and do it and I'm so glad I did! It's what you want to feel on the inside, not necessarily what you want to look like on the outside."
