According to multiple reports, Hollywood actress Cathering Zeta-Jones spent 5 days in a hospital to receive treatment for bipolar disorder.
One of Zeta-Jones's representatives said, "After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar Disorder."
The representative added, "She's feeling great [now] and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films."
This news comes after Zeta-Jones had spent a lot of her time supporting her husband Michael Douglas deal with cancer.
According to one of her friends, Catherine spent five days at an unidentified facility.
The friend told People, "There's no question it's been a stressful year. Catherine has had to deal with Michael's illness and that's been hard. She went in for a few days because she's about to start working, and wanted to make sure she's in top form, which she is."
Douglas, 66, was declared cancer-free in January.
