Mel B has hinted she is taking over from Cheryl Cole on 'The X Factor'.
The pregnant former Spice Girls singer is currently based in Los Angeles but she revealed she and her family - husband Stephen Belafonte and kids Phoenix Chi, 12, and three-year-old Angel Iris - are planning to move back to Britain for an extended stay.
She said: "I think I might be coming over for quite some time at some point next year. Well, I'm not going by myself, am I? The whole family is going to move, I think."
She quickly added: "I don't think I was meant to say that though. Oh sorry, pregnant brain, maybe that was a secret."
When asked if she is being lined up to replace Cheryl - who is rumoured to be taking on a judging role on the US version of 'X Factor' when it launches later this year, Mel told Heart FM: "Maybe so. Anyway. I'm in so much trouble, why did I do this interview? I don't talk about anything unless it's ready to go."
However, Mel did admit she would love to work on the ITV1 show.
She said: "Rumours are rumours. I think whoever gets that job is going to be over the moon."
When asked if she'd like to do it, she replied: "Who wouldn't like to do it?"
