Coldplay's Chris Martin covered Oasis at a secret London show last night (13.04.11).
The singer played a rendition of the group's 1995 track 'Wonderwall' during a three song set at the Boogaloo bar in North London.
Chris also played an unreleased Coldplay track 'Wedding Bells' - which the band debuted at an Apple conference last September - although he confirmed the song "is not going on our record", before warning it "might be a bit soppy".
He was then asked by a female audience member to play Oasis 1995 single 'Wonderwall', to which Chris replied: "F**k it I'll do it. But only if you do it with me."
The girl then joined him to sing some lines, as the rest of the pub chanted along.
Chris then closed his set with the track 'Green Eyes' from Coldplay's second album 'A Rush of Blood to the Head', accompanied by comedian Simon Pegg on harmonica.
Simon had organised the night, 'A Wake for John Parkhouse', as a tribute to the pub's former landlord, who recently passed away.
He later tweeted: "Big ups to The Boogaloo on Archway Road. What a great night and a lovely send of for a lovely man. Safe travels John (sic)."
Meanwhile it is rumoured Chris will perform onstage with Beyonce Knowles at this year's Glastonbury festival, along with his wife, 'Country Strong' actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyonce's husband Jay-Z.
Coldplay are headlining the British festival's Saturday night on June 25, while Beyonce is headlining the following day. U2 will close the show on the festival's Friday slot.
