Kerry Katona has reached a "comprehensive agreement" over the custody of her children with her estranged husband.
The reality TV star has a daughter Heidi, three, and two-year-old son Max with Mark Croft and the separated couple have come to an amicable arrangement over the care of the two kids.
In a joint statement, the pair - who split in February 2010 - said they had "reached a comprehensive agreement in relation to the arrangements for their children" and that Heidi and Max's "main home" will be with Kerry but they will have "regular time" with Mark.
The statement also said: "The parents will continue to work together for the benefit of their children in the future and they very much look forward to a positive working relationship going forwards.
"There will be no further comment on this by either parent."
Since dumping Mark, Kerry - who also has daughters Molly, nine, and Lilly-Sue, seven, from her first marriage to singer Brian McFadden -has overcome problems with cocaine use and excessive drinking and has transformed her overweight figure.
She is currently starring in ITV2 reality series 'Kerry Katona - The Next Chapter'.
