Amanda Holden tips child to win BGT

Amanda Holden is tipping a child to win 'Britain's Got Talent'.

The blonde beauty - who is joined on the judging panel of this year's show by David Hasselhoff and Michael McIntyre - has been impressed by the young people who have auditioned for the programme and thinks the adult contestants could be in for a shock.

She said: "The amount of young talent is extraordinary this year especially and I would put money on a child winning this year."

As well as tipping a youngster to win the show, Amanda admitted she was impressed by the acts they saw in Liverpool, which hosted auditions for the programme for the first time.

She said: "I think it is probably the most talented city we visited this year. I am astounded we have never been before, just because of its heritage in entertainment."

Show chief Simon Cowell is set to join the judging panel at the semi-finals stage of the competition and Amanda believes he will try and take the credit for any good competitors, despite not being around to approve the acts in the early stages of the contest.

She said: "I can't wait to see Simon and I especially can't wait to see his face when he sees some of the acts we've put through!

"I think he'll take credit for the ones that are good and try and blame me and the boys for the rest!"
