Steve Jobs, Apple CEO, Admits to Health Problems

Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL), has admitted he has been undergoing treatment for a “hormone imbalance” that has led to his highly publicized health issues.

Jobs released a statement in which he declared “I have been losing weight throughout 2008...doctors think they have found the cause: a hormone imbalance that has been robbing me of the proteins my body needs to be healthy.”

Despite the health problems Jobs has said he would remain as CEO of Apple and the company’s board has supported that decision.
