Celebutante's Beau Assaulted Unexpectedly
According to a report from TMZ.com, Paris and Cy were walking outside of the courthouse when a man lunged at Waits and grabbed him by the neck.
The couple's security team took down the alleged attacker, who is now being detained by police.
