Lawyer, Author and Police Officer Harrold available for commentary as available legal 'pundit'

Marc M. Harrold, lawyer and author, is available for immediate contact as a legal pundit and commentator by new sources, print, television and otherwise throughout the United States and on a global scale.  Harrold, a visiting professor of law at the University of Mississippi and author of the acclaimed First Amendment book, Observations of White Noise...an 'Acid Test' for the First Amendment is heavily involved in the First Amendment, immigration law (including asylum and refugee issues) and Fourth Amendment search and seizure issues primarily as they relate cyber-crime and sophisticated criminal activity.  Harrold is the author of numerous works of legal non-fiction and has recently completed an in-depth study of the Fourth Amendment as it relates to probation and parole.  He conducts training for probation and parole officers on a national scale.  He is co-author of the Mississippi Criminal Trial Practice Manual publisehd by West Thompson.
