Relay for Life of Clearwater will receive a proclamation from the City of Clearwater.
The proclamation will be presented during the city council meeting at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall. Relay for Life of Clearwater committee members and cancer survivors will be in attendance.
Relay for Life serves as the signature fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. Nationwide, Relay for Life events have raised an estimated $3 billion for the American Cancer Society and cancer research.
Clearwater Relay for Life will be held in Coachman Park on Friday, May 13
th and Saturday, May 14
th beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Coachman Park in Downtown Clearwater.
