Need a last-minute graduation gift for your son or daughter? Many parents are getting their kids the gift of 7 days at Quantum U on the campus of UCLA for this summer.
At Quantum U, campers get to live in dorms on a college campus, eat in the school cafeteria, have fun and learn with other kids their age from around the U.S. and the world for the 7 days. The camp leaders are some of the most dynamic, fun and engaging instructors that can be found.
"Students who graduate high school in June and current college students can gain valuable college-level life skills by attending Quantum U," says Bobbi DePorter, Quantum U President. “The curriculum is based off the Quantum Learning methodologies we have been using for 30 years, and has been specialized to focus on the issues that college students face.”
Her statements are supported by results from major studies with program graduates, which show that the majority of these students increase their grades, confidence, self-esteem and motivation.
Quantum U's seven-day program is held at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA, July 17-23. Participants gain direction on several life management aspects of college reflecting the new autonomy they experience. Topics include time management, money management, maintaining their health through a proper diet, exercise and sleep, and managing relationships with friends, fellow students and professors.
The Quantum Learning methods that drive the Quantum U programs are also used in thousands of schools worldwide. Over 50,000 teachers have been trained in these methods, which help to develop the whole student.
