Mr. Habberfield joined this firm as an associate attorney in 2008. He is a lifelong resident of Scio, New York and a Scio Central School Graduate. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Brockport and graduated cum laude from law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Habberfield is admitted to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Habberfield currently resides in Scio, New York and is a member of the Board of Directors of the SPCA Serving Allegany County, Board of Directors of the Wellsville Country Club, the Board of Directors of the Cattaraugus County United Way and is active in volunteering his time with the Saint Bonaventure University Mock Trial program. He also enjoys soccer, basketball, golf and many outdoor activities.
