TransWorldNews announces renewal of popular “Guess the Indices” contest.

Building off of the success of their initial “Guess the Indices” contest, TransWorldNews has set April 2, 2006 as the official beginning of their ‘Guess the Indices II” challenge. The response generated from the first installment and the subsequent call for a renewal of the game has led TransWorldNews to bring it back to life.

By guessing the closing numbers on the Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P/Toronto Stock Exchange Composite Index, visitors will pit their market knowledge against each other on a global scale. The individual coming closest to the actual closing number each day will have their name posted and awarded a prize.

As a new feature to the contest, TransWorldNews is allowing companies to sponsor the contest on a daily basis. Companies who submit products or gift certificates as prizes will have their company name and logo displayed on the contest page, as well as a link directing visitors to their TransWorldNews profile.
