A-List Celebrity Allegedly Spreads Herpes Intentionally

Anonymous Lawsuit Makes Big Accusation About Celeb

A lawsuit obtained by TMZ claims that "An A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally" intentionally spread the herpes virus to a sex partner. Interestingly, however, the suit does not specify which celebrity is being accused of the misdeed.

According to the lawsuit, the unnamed plaintiff met the wealthy and famous male celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1st. The suit claims that the celeb then "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires."

According to the report from TMZ.com, "At that point, they watched porn and engaged in "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse." And, it was all videotaped!"

The anonymous plaintiff, whose gender and name are not yet known, allegedly contracted herpes after the encounter and is now suing for $20 million.
