Media Alert: Big Community Players Take Stand against Cancer

Big corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations are coming together this Friday and Saturday to take a stand against an enemy that does that discriminate - CANCER:

• Target
• Macy’s
• Starbucks
• City of Clearwater
• Clearwater Police Department
• Pinellas County Tax Collector
• Volunteer Ministers of the Church of Scientology
• Clearwater Downtown Partnership

Participation also includes many other groups totaling more 500-plus attendees at the event.

What: Fundraiser for cancer research and programs

Where: Coachman Park, 301 Drew St.

When: Relay begins at 6 p.m. Friday and goes until 12 p.m. Saturday
