Former black tar heroin addict gives “real dope” on black tar heroin abuse

A graduate of a nationwide drug rehab program recently provided an interview to the Drug Abuse Solutions blog that reveals some of the major signs of black tar heroin use.

“Since tinfoil is used to smoke tar,” he said, “you may begin to find small crumpled pieces of burnt foil in the garbage or other places.” He said that family of users of black tar heroin will notice that the tinfoil in the kitchen starts to disappear.

Another obvious sign of black tar heroin abuse that he communicated was black stains on the user’s tongue from using pens to smoke tar.

He said that you’ll notice a vague vinegar scent mixed with an ashy or cigarette smell whenever it’s smoked.

Since tar is often smoked in bathrooms and bedrooms, be wary of anyone spending extended times in either. The addict of black tar heroin has sporadic sleeping patterns. He’ll stay awake until he gets the drug.
