Arizona Cardinals Fans Arrested for Vandalizing Lawn of Donovan McNabb

Prior to last week’s NFC Championship game two fans of the Arizona Cardinals opted to show their enthusiasm for their team by vandalizing the lawn of Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Donovan McNabb, using diesel fuel to burn several messages boosting Arizona and planting a Cardinals flag in a tree.

McNabb owns a home in Chandler, Arizona and it was there that the two men burned the phrases “Go Kurt,” “I (heart) AZ,” and “Go Cards.”

According to police the prank was carried out shortly after midnight on Jan. 17 and caused about $2,000 in damages. Police arrested Rex Michael Perkins, 37, and Ryan B. Hanlon, 28, and both now face criminal damage charges.
