Teen Challenge is doing a lot of good work in the community of Upper Cumberland, Tennessee. Teen Challenge of the Upper Cumberland is a
faith-based, Christian crisis center for Teen Challenge International.
"It's not a rehab or an alcohol and
drug recovery program," said executive director Tim McLauchlin. "You teach them to live differently than what they are doing. When you educate them about who Jesus is, what plan He has for their life and what He did for them, they begin to study the Bible and trust in God. Their life is going to turn around and they are going to get off drugs because they realize this isn't the way God created them to live or what He wanted for my life."
The center hopes to continue to change lives through faith.
