Celebutante Gets Engaged to Pro Athlete
After six months of dating, reality TV star Kim Kardashian has gotten engaged to New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries.
"Words can't describe how happy we are!" Kim told E! News.
Kardashian confirmed the news of the engagement and expressed her happiness on her blog, writing, "OMGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! It's true! I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for all of the sweet messages!!! I finally found my missing puzzle piece, I'm complete!"

The proposal took place on May 18th. Humphries reportedly surprised Kim in her home by waiting for her in her room with his knee bended and rose petals forming the question, "Will you marry me?"
"I didn't expect this at all," said Kardahian. "I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."
According to sources, the ring that Humphries gave to Kardashian cost $2 million, which is reportedly almost half as much as the cost of Kardashian's Beverly Hills mansion. It is a 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring.
No date has been announced for the wedding.
