CIGARS INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES GIVEAWAY OF KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-14

Partnering with Drew Estate – renowned makers of Acid, Natural, and Tabak Especial handmade cigar brands – CI will raffle off the superbike to eligible entrants at midnight Saturday, January 31, 2009.

            Drew Estate, in conjunction with industry-leading retailer Cigars International, is announcing the winner of a new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 Saturday, January 31st, just after midnight. The announcement will cap an 8-hour party held at the Cigars International Super-Store in Bethlehem, PA – and streamed live at http://www.cigarsintl.com/. The Kawasaki, adorned with fully custom artwork by artist Scott “Acid” Chester, is reputed to be the fastest street-legal production bike in the world.

Known for a unique style of cigar making that combines traditional methods with unorthodox blending, it was fitting that Drew Estate would develop such a creative promotional giveaway. Drew Estate Co-Founder Marvin Samel added, “Only CI could pull this event off. With an energetic crew and a 5,000 square foot retail store, my partner Jonathan Drew and I are anticipating the best Drew Estate event we’ve ever been associated with.” Samel added that additional prizes would be announced throughout the day including boxes, humidors, a “cigars for a year” prize, as well as trips to Nicaragua. The bike giveaway, an estimated $20,000 value post-customization, will be announced following the exciting full-day event, which also features BBQ, wings, and refreshments, along with a premium bourbon tasting. 

The store is open to the public, but entrance to the Drew Estate event is a nominal $10. CI Retail Director Mat Cook noted, “$10 covers food and drink but it also gives you both $10 off and 20 free cigars with any eligible Drew Estate box purchase that day,” adding “tickets should be purchased in advance as it is very likely to sell out.”
