Allergan Inc (NYSE:AGN) to Release Q4 2008 Earnings February 4
Allergan, Inc (NYSE:AGN) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2008 on Wednesday, February 4. A conference call will be held that morning at 8:00 PT am to discuss the financial results. The call will be lead by Allergan Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer David Pyott, and Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Edwards. A webcast of the presentation will be broadcasted on the company’s website, allergen.com. A replay will be available online as well as by phone for one week after the event. The company acquired all outstanding capital stock of Groupe Corneal Laboratories, involved in the development, manufacturing and marking of dermal fillers, viscoelastics, and a variety of ophthalmic surgical device products, in January 2007. Allergan later acquired the outstanding capital stock of Esprit Pharma Holding Company in October 2007.
