House’s Extended Care Program offerings include individualized therapy
sessions, structured activities, transitional planning and social engagement in

Following the Foundations Treatment Model, the Extended Care
Program offers additional support, treatment stays of longer duration and
transitional guidance for those requiring extra therapy and structure before
returning home to establish new, sober lives. With personalized treatment

techniques and trauma therapies, the Extended Care Program also emphasizes
