Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Announces Lineup, Paul McCartney Headlines Day One
The
10th annual Coachella Music and Arts Festival held in Indio, CA will
be held from April 17-19 and legendary Beatle Paul McCartney will be headlining
day one.
Organizers
revealed the lineup on Friday and McCartney will have plenty of company on Day
One as Leonard Cohen, Franz Ferdinand, Morrissey, The Chrystal Method, White
Lies and about 35 others will hit the stage on the festival’s opening day.
Day
Two will feature The Killers, Henry Rollins, Drive By Truckers, Amy Winehouse,
Booker T, and several more acts while Day Three will be highlighted by Brian Jonestown
Massacre, Lupe Fiasco, Perry Farrell, Public Enemy, The Cure and the Yeah,
Yeah, Yeah’s.
