LeBron James scored 33 points and dished out 8 assists, Mo Williams added 22 points and 7 rebounds and Zydrunas Ilgauskas finished with 13 points and 8 boards as the Cleveland Cavaliers (37-9) went on the road and knocked off the Detroit Pistons (25-21) 90-80 on Sunday.
Detroit held a narrow 18-16 advantage after the first period and pushed their lead to 39-36 at the break. The Pistons then closed the third quarter on an 8-2 run to head into the final frame leading 66-58 but put just 14 points on the board in the fourth. Cleveland used eight straight points from Mo Williams to move in front 73-68 and never looked back.
The Cavaliers shot 47% from beyond the arc (7-15) while the Pistons were just 2-9 from the same distance.
