Casey Anthony Case: Public Memorial for Caylee Anthony to be Held Tuesday

A public memorial for Caylee Anthony will be held on Tuesday morning, a little more than a month after the remains of the two-year-old girl were found less than a half-mile from the home she lived in with her mother and grandparents.

The memorial will be held at the First Baptist Church of Orlando beginning at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to draw a large crowd.

Caylee Anthony’s mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with the murder of her daughter. There has been no date set for her trial.

Casey Anthony has maintained that she had nothing to do with her daughter’s disappearance last June or her murder. She has told investigators she dropped Caylee off with a babysitter and when she returned both were gone.

While Caylee disappeared in June it wasn’t until July that Casey Anthony reported her missing. Since the investigation began focusing on Casey there has been a large amount of evidence produced that appears to suggest her guilt.
