First Coast Medical Center and Jacksonville Integrated
Health professional, Dr. Grady L. Carter, D. C., are pleased to announce a long-standing
program of education for the Jacksonville community to promote wellness and
health for residents. Dr. Carter provides resources on his website to help
individuals and groups learn how to live a lifestyle of wellness to promote
vibrant health.
Dr. Carter stated in a recent interview, "You can discover ways to live a
longer, healthier, and wealthier life when you get to know yourself and what
you are made of on the inside."
Specific educational topics are many and varied. The presentations take the
form of informational website videos and members-only newsletters. The tips
include such topics as women's health issues, chiropractic adjustments for
children, postural screenings, and diet and fitness. Dr. Carter believes that
an educated patient is a healthier patient. Patients are encouraged to be
active participants in designing and implementing any chiropractic procedures.
