Jayson Hunter Reveals Three Foods That Don’t Meet Healthy Eating Guidelines

Avoid These Foods That Sabotage Quick Weight Loss

Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter wants to be sure that men and women seeking quick weight loss avoid foods that do not meet healthy eating guidelines. With over ten years of experience helping people with quick weight loss he has identified certain foods that sabotage rapid fat loss efforts.

Jayson Hunter explained, “These three foods obviously don’t meet healthy eating guidelines. But what people really need to know is, these foods tend to sabotage quick weight loss efforts and help people ‘fall off the wagon’, so to speak.”

The below foods do not meet Jayson Hunter’s Healthy Eating Guidelines and should be eaten very infrequently when seeking quick weight loss.

1)      Fried Foods – Because they are cooked in vegetable oil they have very high saturated fat content.

2)      Breakfast pastries - Most people do not realize the fried dough and sugar treats have as many calories as they do. Quick weight loss typically does not occur if breakfast pastries are eaten regularly.

3)      Soda – Drinking about ten tablespoons of sugar is definitely not on the healthy eating guidelines list. It is possible for people to see significant quick weight loss just from stopping drinking soda each day.

Jayson Hunter has revealed four further foods that do not meet healthy eating guidelines. They can be found on his blog at AskJaysonHunter.com
