Octuplets Mom Nadya Suleman Seeks Online Donations

Nadya Suleman, a single mother who gave birth to octuplets in January, is seeking donations to help support her now-brood of 14.

Suleman has set up a web site asking for donations. The page features pictures of Suleman’s eight newborns and allows visitors to post pictures, leave comments and make donations using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

The 33-year-old came under fire after it was discovered she underwent in virto fertilization to conceive the babies when she had six other children at home and no clear source of income.

In a recent interview with NBC, Suleman insisted she will be able to provide for her children after she returns to college and gets a degree. She also rejected claims that she and her family are on welfare. Suleman has admitted that she receives $490 every month in food stamps.
