NBA Scores: Miami Heat Get Late Bucket from Shawn Marion to Beat Chicago Bulls

Dwyane Wade scored 24 points and dished out 7 assists, Michael Beasley finished 21 points and 7 rebounds and Shawn Marion added 12 points including the game winning dunk with just over second left in the game to give the Miami Heat (28-24) a 95-93 road win over the Chicago Bulls (23-30) on Thursday night.

The Heat looked like they had the game under control heading into the fourth quarter as they led 76-65 but the Bulls climbed to within 78-75 just four minutes into the frame and with 3:16 left in the game Derrick Rose put Chicago in front 86-85 on a driving layup.

After a quick timeout the Heat rattled of eight straight points to go in front 93-86 with a minute left but a pair of free throws from Rose and a dunk from Tyrus Thomas pulled the Bulls to within three and then Ben Gordon was fouled on a three-point attempt with six seconds on the clock and he sank all three from the line to tie the game.

Chicago then stole the inbounds pass and called timeout but when they attempted an inbounds pass Wade stole the ball and called timeout, setting up the game-winning bucket. Wade took the inbounds pass from Marion who then broke to the bucket and Wade delivered a perfect bounce pass and Maron slammed it home for the win.

Miami hit 7-18 from beyond the three-point line while Chicago attempted just seven from that distance, hitting only one.
