OJ Simpson Allegedly Confesses to Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson

The National Enquirer reports OJ Simpson confessed to the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman during an interview with a producer who works for Oprah Winfrey. Simpson, who was acquitted of the murders in 1995 after a high publicized trial, allegedly claims he was acting in self defense when he stabbed Brown and Goldman.

News of Simpson’s alleged confession comes just days after Winfrey said she dreams of having the ex-football star confess on her Oprah Winfrey Network. “And I am going to make that happen, people. I don’t just want the interview. I want the interview on the condition that you are ready, Mr. Simpson,” she said earlier this month at a cable convention in Chicago.

Simpson, 63, is currently serving 33 years in prison on numerous felony charges, including armed robbery and kidnapping. The charges stem from an incident in 2007 in which Simpson led a group of armed men in the robbery of sports memorabilia from a room at the Palace Station hotel and casino.
