Viverae, a leading, national provider of corporate health management and wellness solutions, won a Stevie Award for “Best Overall Company of the Year- Up to 2,500 employees-Health Products & Services”, in the 2011 American Business Awards.
The awards were presented during ceremonies at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on June 20, 2011. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network.
Other finalists in the category for “Best Overall Company of the Year- Up to 2,500 employees - Health Products & Services” included Isagenix International, Quality Systems, and USANA Health Services. However, it was Viverae’s unique mix of innovative health management solutions and business best practices that took home the Stevie. “I accept this on behalf of every employee at Viverae,” said Michael Nadeau, president and chief executive officer of Viverae. Stevie Awards were presented in over 40 categories including Best Overall Company of the Year, Executive of the Year, and Best New Product of the Year. More than 2,800 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.
More than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the Finalists and Stevie Award winners.
Viverae was previously named a finalist for the Best Overall Company of the Year- Up to 100 employees- Health Products & Services in 2010.
