Body of Teen Found In Andover Pond Identified as Elizabeth Mun

The body of a teenage girl found in an Andover, Massachusetts pond has been identified as Elizabeth Mun, a student at Concord Academy.

Mun, 16, was pronounced dead Sunday at Children’s Hospital in Boston. Her body was found in an icy Andover pond around 10:40 a.m.

She was reported missing Sunday morning around 7 a.m., about 2 hours after leaving a house party. An autopsy will be conducted.

Authorities are still investigating what happened to Mun.
