A woman was found floating dead in a New Jersey bay early
Sunday morning. The woman has been identified as 35-year-old Tracy Hottenstein
of Conshohocken.
Hottenstein was found dead around 8 a.m. in the Sea Isle
City Marina. The cause of death is unknown.
Authorities say she was in Sea Isle City for the annual
Polar Bear Plunge, in which thousands come to jump into the Atlantic Ocean.
Police are still investigating how Hottenstein died. An
autopsy is planned for today. It is unclear if Hottenstein took part in the
Polar Bear Plunge.
