Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) to Release Q4 2009 Earnings February 26
Dell Inc. (Dell) is a technology company, which offers a range of product categories, including desktop personal computers (PC), servers and networking products, storage, mobility products, software and peripherals, and services. The Company designs, develops, manufactures, markets, sells, and support a range of products that in many cases are customized to individual customer requirements. In February 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of The Networked Storage Company, an information technology (IT) consultancy engaged in transitioning customers to simplified IT data storage solutions. On January 25, 2008, Dell completed its acquisition of EqualLogic Inc. During the fiscal year ended February 1, 2008 (fiscal 2008), Dell acquired three other companies, Everdream Corporation, Silverback Technologies Inc., and Zing Systems Inc. On November 9, 2007, Dell completed its acquisition of ASAP Software Express, Inc. In April 2008, the Company acquired MessageOne, Inc.
